瑜伽行法
瑜伽修行的第一階段是「Pran釋放」(Pran Spuran),第二階段則是「Pran上昇」。你們都在海雲和上的指導下接受了「Pran釋放」的心法,因此你們的Pran都已在上師的慈悲與恩惠中甦醒過來。現在,你們都親身體驗過自己的Pran,也明白Pran的活動與心識間並無關聯。在你們體內有某些東西被點燃了,而我們期待這些火花能持續成長茁壯,所以記得讓Pran依其本然的方式進行各種活動,不要從旁干涉,既不心生抗拒,也不要冀望它會在短時間內立刻攀向高峰。

We are talking about pran and we are talking about energy, but do we know what pran and energy are? Have we experienced this? Yogis through their ordained practice of years have experienced that the soul is within the body, not only in one body, but it can be found inside three bodies! We only know about our physical body (known as the gross body), but we do not know about our other two bodies. The other two bodies are the subtle body and the causal body. These two bodies are the same size and shape as the physical body but are our inner bodies. Yogis say we must know the inner bodies as well. Try to forget the outer body and try to go within. Then you will identify with the subtle body. At that time, you will experience that I am not the physical body. I am the subtle body, because the consciousness is withdrawn from the gross body. Still you go deeper until your consciousness becomes one with the causal body. Then you will identify as being the causal body only and not the subtle body or the gross body. The further you go within, the more you become one with your spirit. Then you will understand that you are not even the causal body. You will feel that you are a pure spirit and will look around to see all spirits around you with no bodies. You will then know that you are a pure spirit and that is self-realization. These are the various stages and achievements of yoga.

  我們所談論的是Pran,所談論的是能量,但我們知道Pran和能量是什麼嗎?我們有過與其相關的體驗嗎?透過經年累月的修行,瑜伽士們證悟到靈性就在每個人的體內,而且不只是在一個身體裡,而是被三個身體所層層包覆!一般人只能認知到物質的身體(或被稱為麤重生理身),但卻對另外兩個身體——微細心理身與因業身——一無所知,這兩個身體的形狀大小都與物質的身體相同,但它們是內在的身體。瑜伽士們告訴我們必須要去了解這兩個內在的身體,於是我們試著放下外在的身體,向內探尋,透過經年累月的修行,我們覺察到微細心理身的存在;此刻,我們將親身體驗並證悟到自己竟然不是麤重生理身,而是微細心理身!因為我們的覺知已經脫離超越了麤重生理身。若再繼續深入,直到我們的覺知與因業身合而為一,此時,我們對於自己的身分認同,將轉變為因業身,而不再是微細心理身或麤重生理身。當我們越向內在收攝深入,我們與靈性的距離也就越近;最後,我們終將豁然開朗地發覺,自己甚至不是因業身!我們徹悟到自己只是純然的靈性。此時,放眼所及的一切,也都將只是純然的靈性。實證到真我就是純然的靈性,即是所謂的證悟自性。以上都是瑜伽修行中,各種不同的次第階段與成就。

If you see your gross body, you will see other gross bodies as well. If you see your subtle body, you will see subtle bodies around you. If you see your causal body, you will see other causal bodies around you. If you see your spirit, then you will also see other spirits around you. You will then realize there is no difference between your spirit and other’s spirits. You will realize that all are the same. The sum total of all spirits becomes the universal spirit and that is God realization. Therefore, we are not outside of God. What is the difference? There is none. When we identify with the body, we find differences. However, when we identify with the spirit, all of the differences fall off and we feel oneness.

  若我們的覺知境界只停留在麤重生理身的有限層次,則我們眼中所及的一切,將僅是麤重生理身;若經由修行,我們將覺知境界提昇至微細心理身的層次,則在我們眼中,一切眾生都會成為微細心理身的存在;倘若更進一步,將覺知境界提昇至因業身的層次,我們將能夠見到一切眾生都成為因業身的存在;最終,若我們明心見性,證悟到自己是純然靈性的存在,則眾生在我們眼中,也都將成為已徹悟的靈性。此時,我們將驚覺到,自己的靈性與眾生的靈性是沒有任何分別存在的,兩者在本質上實為一體,這一切即形塑成整個法界;因此,我們都身處於法界之中,分別在哪裡?沒有分別存在。當我們在虛妄中,以色身假我為真實時,我們隨處都能找到分別與對立;但當我們證悟到靈性才是本然的真我時,一切分別對立都將泯滅,我們即能體悟到法界中的一切本為一體。

Presently, we are conscious about our gross body. Now we want to go within to identify with the subtle body but the consciousness is extroverted. The first task is to withdraw the extroverted consciousness and become introvert. How does our consciousness move out in the external world? Our consciousness moves outside through our five cognitive senses which are the senses of knowledge. Even when we close our eyes we can still think of extroverted activities and so the consciousness moves out. It is when your consciousness does not go out that you become an introvert. With closed eyes we can still be an extrovert. Even if we close the ears and the mouth, we will still not become an introvert. If the door to the five senses is closed, you still can be an extrovert. Such extroversion cannot make us an introvert. There is a special technique in the practice of yoga through which you can become an introvert. That technique is called Pran utthan.

  在現階段,我們都只能覺知到自己的麤重生理身,我們想要向內探尋微細心理身的存在,但心識卻是不斷外馳的;因此,我們首要的任務,即是收回外放的心識,使之向內收攝。但究竟該如何作,才能使心識脫離外在的世界?心識透過五官感知外在的一切,即使閉上雙眼,我們一樣能在腦海中設想種種外在的活動,因此心識仍舊是外放的;唯有當心識不再漫遊於外在世界,才有可能令其向內收攝。在閉上眼睛的情況下,心識依舊外馳不止,即使關上耳朵、閉緊嘴巴,我們仍然無法作到向內收攝;也就是說,就算遮蔽了五官的大門,我們還是不斷在向外探尋,這種外放的狀態,使我們無法收攝。但在瑜伽修行中,卻有一項特殊技巧能夠幫助我們完成內攝,這個技巧就叫作「Pran上昇」(Pran Utthan)。

In the first stage of yoga initiation Pran spuran takes place, the awakening and release of Pran. The second stage is Pran utthan. Pran spuran is taught to you by Master Hai Yun (Sea Cloud). Therefore, your Pran is awakened by the grace of your Master. With Pran spuran you recognize your Pran. In Pran spuran you realize that something happens without the involvement of the mind. Something is sparked within you so you allow that spark to glow and to grow within you. You allow it to function freely and don’t bother about what the Pran is doing. Let Pran do whatever it wants to do, do not resist and don’t expect that you will reach to the higher peaks immediately and in a short time. In order to reach the seventh floor, how many steps must you climb? There will be many steps in between the floors, so you have to take many steps before reaching the seventh floor.

  瑜伽修行的第一階段是「Pran釋放」(Pran Spuran),第二階段則是「Pran上昇」。你們都在海雲和上的指導下接受了「Pran釋放」的心法,因此你們的Pran都已在上師的慈悲與恩惠中甦醒過來。現在,你們都親身體驗過自己的Pran,也明白Pran的活動與心識間並無關聯。在你們體內有某些東西被點燃了,而我們期待這些火花能持續成長茁壯,所以記得讓Pran依其本然的方式進行各種活動,不要從旁干涉,既不心生抗拒,也不要冀望它會在短時間內立刻攀向高峰。還記得嗎?為了要爬上七樓,中間我們有多少步伐需要邁出?在樓與樓間,我們必須走很多路,而為了要到達七樓,則需要付出相當大的努力。
